Joining your first plan or filling a Tuesday venue slot? Here are the answers that matter before you commit.
Joining plans
For people going out
Choose Log in in the header, enter your Indian mobile number, and verify the six-digit OTP. Your profile and confirmed plans stay together across the web and app.
Open My Plans from the header or your profile. Confirmed free RSVPs, paid event bookings, and venue slots appear there. Pending payments do not appear as confirmed plans.
Paid, confirmed event bookings receive a check-in pass. Free RSVPs stay visible in My Plans without a paid QR pass. Venue reservations show their booking details instead.
The cancellation window and refund amount shown at checkout apply to your booking. A late cancellation or no-show may not qualify for a refund.
Check the verified badge, host details, reviews, price, location, and cancellation rules before joining. If anything feels unclear, ask support before paying.
Use the report option in the app or email support@outfindr.co with the plan, venue, date, and what happened. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Yes. Email support@outfindr.co from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request and explain any booking or payment records that must be retained by law.
Running plans
For hosts and venues
Yes. Independent trek leaders, coaches, clubs, studios, and venue teams can apply. We ask for details that fit the kind of plans or spaces you run.
Add your legal details, contact information, and the documents requested in host onboarding. We check them before paid listings or bookable spaces go live.
Most complete applications are reviewed within 48 hours. If a document is unclear or missing, your dashboard will show what needs attention.
No. Paid listings require verification. This protects guests, gives your listing a clear identity, and helps payouts reach the right account.
Your exact commission and payment terms appear during onboarding and before you publish. They can vary by category, booking type, and region. There are no surprise deductions outside the terms you accept.
Add each space or court, set availability and pricing, then keep the calendar current. Guests choose an exact slot and see the total before payment.
Your dashboard shows the payout schedule and booking status. Eligible payouts go to the verified bank account on file; bank processing time can vary.
