About the role

You will research trends and turn the ones that fit OutFindr into scripts and videos.

Someone at OutFindr needs to be four days ahead of the internet: to know which audio is about to break, which format is already cooked, and which Pune trend is worth a video before every other brand posts the same thing on Thursday.

Spend time in Reels, Shorts, X, Reddit and Pune community groups. Bring back a shot list, a hook and a reason each idea fits OutFindr.

Write the hook, brief the edit, then look at the retention graph and decide what to change.

What you'll do

• Run a daily trend sweep across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Reddit, and publish a weekly what's-breaking note the whole team reads.
• Turn trends into concrete concepts: hook, format, reference, and why it fits OutFindr rather than any brand.
• Write scripts and hooks for short-form video, and be on set or on the shoot when it gets made.
• Track hook rate, retention, saves and shares to decide which formats to develop.
• Keep a living library of formats, audios and creators worth working with in Pune.

What we're looking for

If you meet most of these requirements, apply.

• Show us accounts you run, edits you have made or trends you spotted early.
• You can write a hook that survives the first two seconds.
• Sharp instincts for what is about to peak versus what already has.
• Basic editing skills in CapCut, Premiere or a similar tool to make a reference video.
• You can explain why a post performed poorly and what you would try next.

Nice to have, never required:

• You have grown an account past 10k on your own content.
• You know Pune's creator and community scene.
• On-camera comfort.
